That’s why the Combination Oven features a high-performance steam generator that checks and adjusts the humidity as it cooks for all different kinds of food. Another Combination Oven feature derived from professional practice is a six-sensor probe. This takes the guesswork out of oven cookery because it doesn’t watch the heat in the oven but the heat inside the food. So you can trust the Combination Oven to help you achieve perfect results - whatever you’re cooking.

COMBINATION OVEN PROBE
– THE SIXTH SENSE

  • HOW DO YOU COOK A RACK OF LAMB so that the cutlet in the middle is done without overdoing the cutlets at the ends? The answer: use the Grand Cuisine Combination Oven. It’s simple to programme it for an initial blast of extreme heat to caramelize the outer layer of fat followed by a long, slow cook, using the six-point sensor probe to check when the middle is done. Every cutlet will be perfectly cooked until it’s succulent and moist. 

  • The Six-Sensor Probe is designed to detect the core temperature of the food at its coolest point.
